Curtainz.ae is a lead-generation platform developed with love by D Consultants LLC FZ, in partnership with Fatin Home Furnitures LLC. We provide digital tools for curtain visualization and connect customers with trusted suppliers in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services Provided
Curtainz.ae does not sell products directly or process online payments. Instead, we showcase curtain designs and forward your inquiries to our partner, Fatin Home Furnitures LLC, who manages order processing, billing, delivery, and after-sales service.
3. Product Responsibility
While Curtainz.ae facilitates discovery and lead generation, all sales transactions, product quality, and warranties are the sole responsibility of Fatin Home Furnitures LLC.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- All return requests must be made directly with Fatin Home Furnitures LLC within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of defect.
- Approved refunds will be processed by Fatin Home Furnitures LLC according to their internal refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All visualizations, designs, website layouts, and content on Curtainz.ae remain the property of D Consultants LLC FZ and are protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Curtainz.ae acts solely as a digital marketing and lead-generation platform. We are not liable for product defects, delivery delays, or disputes arising from transactions with third-party suppliers.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
