Refund & Cancellation Policy

Curtainz works with approved furnishing partners to facilitate curtain and blinds projects.
1. Cancellation Before Confirmation
Customers may request cancellation before quotation approval or project confirmation.
Any consultation, design or site visit fees already incurred may remain payable.
2. Cancellation After Confirmation
Once measurements have been completed, materials ordered, products customized, manufactured or installation scheduled, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility shall be determined based on the circumstances of each project and the policies of the furnishing partner responsible for execution.
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for materials purchased, work completed, logistics costs or other expenses incurred.
4. Customized Products
Curtains, blinds and customized furnishing products are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.
5. Disputes
Customers should report concerns within seven (7) days of installation.
Curtainz may assist in facilitating communication between customers and furnishing partners but does not guarantee refund outcomes.
6. Project Execution
Manufacturing, supply, installation and warranty obligations remain the responsibility of the furnishing partner assigned to the project.
